THE MENHIR SYSTEM OF DARMSTADT. Basil Wolfrhine visited the Menhir system of Darmstadt. It's a quiet and secluded spot on a wee burn under trees and there are standing stones, from the Neolithic period approx. 3000 BC, that are rarely found in Germany.
